Amber Peck, 26, was in the associate of arts program
at Santa Fe
Community College in Gainesville, Fla.
John Parker, also 26, was considering studying forestry
at Santa
Fe Community College in Gainesville.
Rick A. Morris, a 28-year-old Panama City man who was serving
a life sentence for the murder of his parents.
