Portland, Oregon - Jan. 17, 2014 -- Convicted killer Jeffrey Cutlip is removed from court after
he was sentenced Friday by Multnomah Co. Judge Eric Bergstrom to three life terms without
parole. Cutlip, 64, had been convicted in the killings of Marlene Claire Carlson, Julie Marie
Bennett and Nielen Loribell Doll.

Marlene Carlson, 44, was found strangled in her Portland apartment in 1975
in downtown Portland, Oregon.

 

 

Julie Bennett (left) was sodomized and drowned by Cutlip in 1977.
