Sen. Robert F. Kennedy lies on the floor of an anti-room just off
the main ballroom of the Ambassador
Hotel shortly after being shot and wounded. He was leaving the
ballroom after claiming victory in
California's Presidential primary when he was shot.
Shirt open, one eye closed, Sen. Robert F. Kennedy lies on the

shot by a man identified as Sirhan Sirhan, 23, a Jordanian born in
Jerusalem. The Senator died early June
6th, victim of an assassin's bullet, just as his brother perished.
He will be buried in Arlington National
Cemetery, probably beside the late President. His wife, Ethel,
mother of their 10 children and expecting
an 11th in January, was at her husband's bedside when he died.
A confused and alarmed crowd of supporters surround Senator

Among other evidence connected with the Robert
Kennedy assassination is this .22 caliber revolver
used by Sirhan B. Sirhan in the assassination if Robert F. Kennedy.
Los Angeles County Dist. Atty. Steve Cooley displays Kennedy's

in the prosecutor's
vault, 2007.
Irwin Stroll, one od five victims, aside from Senator Robert
Kennedy, who were shot at the Ambassador
