Kirkwood Councilwoman Connie
Karr was among those killed,
according to a reporter who
was covering the meeting for
the local newspaper.
Kirkwood police weren't
releasing the names of the
victims. Karr had just led
the council meeting in the
Pledge of Allegiance when
the gunman burst in and
began shooting.
