On December 6, 1997, a man depressed about
financial problems shot and killed his wife and two teen-age children as
they sat at the breakfast table in their rented home in an affluent
gated community in Weston, Florida. Then, daddy dearest turned the gun
on himself.
Vitaver, a medical technology salesman, brought his family
from Argentina about six months ago in search of a better life. Perhaps
he meant a better afterlife!
