verdict on a charge of killing her child, body of whom was found in
a suitcase
during the investigation into her husband's death. she
was found guilty and sentenced to life
inprisonment. A "life"
sentence in Canada is frequently commuted after 20 years. With good
conduct, Mrs. Dick might hope for freedom in ten years. March 26,
