complicity aiding in the murder
of her former lover Jeff Zack Monday November 28, 2005.

George, who was
convicted of aiding in the drive-by shooting death of a former lover

third member of a love triangle,
had her conviction overturned by the 9th Ohio District Court

Appeals in Akron.

Jeff Zack, 44, of
Stow, was fatally shot in the face on June 16, 2001, as he sat in
his sport
utility vehicle at a gas pump. Witnesses saw a motorcycle and driver
with his face obscured
by a dark helmet leaving the scene.
John Zaffino was sentenced to life in prison on March 17, 2003.
The victim
Stow businessman Jeff Zack, 44, was fatally shot at the BJ's gas
station
on Home Ave. in Cuyahoga Falls June 16, 2001.
