Crime scene

Thomas Dayton Aehlert, 43, pleaded guilty on October 7, 2011, to one felony count of second
degree murder and was sentenced to 15 years to life in prison on April 28, 2013.

Brett Schrauben pleaded guilty to one felony count of voluntary manslaughter on November 20,
2008, and was sentenced, July 18, 2012, to three years of informal probation.

Thomas Joseph Garrick was found not guilty by a jury on all counts, Feb. 14, 2013.
