English doctor John Bodkin Adams outside his house in Eastbourne, 26th November 1956,
after being accused of the murder of Edith Alice Morrell, one of several patients
who died in questionable circumstances, after favouring Adams in their wills.

 

 

16th January 1957: Police Sergeant Sellars carries the Chemist's prescription books
to the court hearing in Eastbourne against Dr. John Bodkin Adams.

 

 

British GP John Bodkin Adams carves a celebratory roast on the day he was found not guilty
of the murder of one of his patients, Edith Alice Morrell, 15th April 1957.

 

 

British GP John Bodkin Adams leaves the offices of the General Medical Council
in London, 25th November 1959, after his application for his name to restored
to the Medical Register was turned down.

 

 

British GP John Bodkin Adams visits the General Medical Council in London, in an attempt to be
reinstated to the medical register, 23rd November 1960. He was struck off in 1957 following
his acquittal in a controversial murder trial, and reinstated in 1961.
