raped and killed on November 1, 1987.

Oken sexually assaulted and murdered his sister-in-law,
Patricia Hirt, at his Maryland home.

Oken sexually assaulted and murdered Lori E. Ward, the 25-year-old
desk clerk
at his Kittery, Maine hotel on November 16, 1987
