Alfredo Stranieri

Nicknamed "the killer ads," Alfredo Stranieri (born July 30, 1956 Italian, naturalized French in 1982) is a serial killer who meets his victims on the ads.

He wiped his victims and appropriated their property. He was sentenced to life imprisonment with a minimum of twenty-two years on February 28, 2003, for four murders and one attempted murder. He had appropriated the property of two couples he had murdered to manage fraud. He also attempted to murder a man who wanted to sell a Jaguar.

The Jaguar

On January 4, 1999, under the pseudonym of Frederic Adman, he contacted Simon Cohen through a classified ad that it has spent to sell its Jaguar. Without renegotiating the price of the vehicle, Adman (Stranieri) Simon Cohen offers to complete the transaction in its restaurant / nightclub in Viry-Châtillon (Essonne). When Simon Cohen arrives at the establishment, Adman him that his bank will come and bring a certified check to pay for the car. Stranieri coaxes his victim by suggesting places to visit, Cohen reluctantly agrees.

Adman (Stranieri) pulls out a gun and 2 times on Simon Cohen, it manages to escape to the neighbor who alerted the police. Stranieri takes flight. Simon Cohen is transported to the emergency and will be saved after four hours of intervention.

The disappearance of Nathalie & Frédéric

In late 1997, Alfredo Stranieri answers a classified ad published by a couple of restaurateurs. Adman Frederic and his partner Nathalie Girard want to sell the New Love, a nightclub Viry-Chatillon. November 7, the sale is signed. Six days later, the couple disappeared ...

The hostel "La Bouriatte"

In March 1999, in the Aveyron, it selects ads in a hostel in Bez de Naussac "Buryatia". The place is to his taste: quiet and isolated. The deed of sale was signed on April 10. Two days later, the two owners, Nicole Rousseau and his friend Claude Mouly evaporate ... Stranieri settled in Buryatia.

The arrest

Corinne Mouly, anxious not to have heard from his father, alert the police. Investigators discover that Stranieri is wanted for the assassination attempt on Simon Cohen. He was immediately arrested. A few days later, found the bodies of Frédéric and Nathalie Girard Adman in the garden of New Love and of Nicole Rousseau and Claude Mouly near the Bouriant ...

The trial

The trial of Alfredo Stranieri begins February 18, 2003 before the Assize Court of Essonne.

The conviction

After the trial, Alfredo Stranieri is sentenced Feb. 28, 2003 to life imprisonment with a penalty of 22 years of safety. This conviction is affirmed in March 2004 by the Court of Appeal of Creteil. The cassation appeal was rejected by Alfredo Stranieri in early 2005.
