November 15, 1940 - Los Angeles, California - Benjamin (Bugsy) Siegel (L), a Hollywood night life figure, in a
courtroom conference with his attorney Jerry Giesler, ace criminal lawyer, after Los Angeles judge ruled that
Siegel must go on trial, December 16, charged with engineering and participating in the Hollywood street
murder of Harry Greenberg last Thanksgiving Eve. Siegel was refused bail and must remain in jail.
